The Center for Authentic PLCs is a resource for teachers, teacher leaders, and school and district administrators who are interested in implementing authentic PLCs that truly impact student learning, both in terms of how many and how much kids learn. We offer on-site, long term professional development in building, leading and sustaining authentic PLCs. We hold an annual 3-day PLC Coaches Institute (The Grapple Institute) to train teacher leaders in how to effectively lead PLCs at their schools as well as on-site support to schools that are starting PLCs and to schools whose existing PLCs may be floundering, ineffective, or otherwise in need of retooling to help make them authentic.
